In this video-essay, Andreas Halskov argues that the many instances of technological noise in David Lynch\u2019s films (e.g. <em>Eraserhead<\/em>, <em>Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me<\/em>, <em>Lost Highway <\/em>and <em>Inland Empire<\/em>) function as more than just a cool aesthetic.
